This role delivers exceptional customer service, serve as a liaison between client, brokers, Third Party Administrators (TPA) and MetLife internal departments, resolve client inquires. Develops and maintains proficiency in the following core skill areas: account and project management, problem resolution, implementation and customer service.
+ Day-to-day support for at least one TPA and monitors key financial parameters.
+ Participates in completing accounting processes, calculations and reports.
+ Provide day to day administration for clients.
+ Participates in new client implementation.
+ Contributes to building relationships with clients or distribution channels **Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:** **Required:**
+ High school diploma
+ 5 year of customer service experience
+ Strong oral/written communication skills.
+ Strong problem solving and analysis.
+ Strong multi-tasking and prioritization. **Preferred:**
+ Bachelors degree
+ Basic knowledge of group products, services and systems.
