**Role Value Proposition:**

The successful candidate will join our REI Application Development Team in the Investments Technology Group. The Real Estate Investments organizations is comprised of over 15 team members located in Florida, and India who develop 5 Real Estate Investment applications. The applications are customized and developed for our business, support all aspects of origination, loan servicing, and reporting for Agricultural Investments. Key job responsibilities include Incident / Problem Management, business support decision making, and the ability to lead large scale, complex projects with large virtual/offshore teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Build strong relationships and collaborate with our business partners on the development and implementation of application systems.

+ Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms

+ Converts specifications about business problems into programming instructions.

+ Leads planning, organizing and implementing of application development projects that are medium to large and/or complexity.

+ Reviews, examines, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging

+ Follows AGILE project methodology, ensuring that all required steps are followed, all required deliverables are produced, and all approvals are obtained.

+ Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project planning, tracking and analysis. Provides technical and analytical support and guidance to project team members.

+ Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project planning, tracking and analysis. Provides technical and analytical support and guidance to project team members.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

Required:

+ Strong communication skills at all levels of managements and mediums

+ 5+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft development platform including primarily VB.NET

+ SQL Server and TFS

+ Bachelors degree required with major in related field strongly preferred

Preferred:

+ Real Estate or Investments background

+ .Net Core

+ C#, ASP.Net, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS

+ Agile/Scrum experience and/or certification (CSM or CSPO)

+ Hot Docs, LiveLink or similar
