In this role you will provide systems engineering support in the areas of requirements management and architecture development for the Joint Mission Program area, both flight avionics electronics and ground support equipment, as part of ICBM and Strategic Systems (I&SS) portfolio. You will be responsible for successful development and maintenance of the system level requirements, and external and internal Interface Control Documents (ICDs) , assessment of existing external interface specifications for impacts, coordination with both internal and external partners on the interfaces, analysis of interface parameters results, management of ICD requirements in the requirements management. You will also be required to support the electromagnetic engineering function for the logical and systematic conversion of customer needs into total systems derived requirements and solutions.

You should demonstrate excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.

You would typically have a **Bachelors degree** and **5 - 10 years** of experience, or a Masters and 3 - 8 years.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in electrical engineering, physics or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of requirements development and/or management, including requirement creation, requirements decomposition, and/or verification using test and analytical techniques

Knowledge of Electromagnetic Capability Theory

Knowledge of assessment and/or evaluation of electrical architecture and/or electrical circuitry

US Citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance

**Desired Skills:**

Broad experience of Systems Engineering life Cycle process and tools, including CONOPS development

Experience with system engineering of electrical avionics systems and/or related ground support equipment

Knowledge of Mil Std 461/464 requirements and the applicable test methods

Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods, practices, and tools
