DESCRIPTION This role will be responsible for managing complex and critical communications work streams that impact the Retail Solutions sales team and other business operations groups. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional and a strategic thinker who can partner with functional teams to produce and execute multi-channel communication plans, relevant to the target audience. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced organization. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Content Strategy. Responsibilities: * Ensure that sales key initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to relevant sales teams and stakeholders, helping to create broader transparency and awareness. * Build knowledge of all products, services and accounts; proactively work with internal partners to determine what s relevant, actionable, timely and engaging to the sales teams. * Write, edit and project manage key employee content channels such as newsletters, email campaigns, videos, town halls and blogs. * Source, write, edit and publish inspiring and informative content for various audiences. This includes writing in a variety of styles and formats by ensuring all content is tailored to the audience through tone and channel. * Develop and maintain technical skills to support sending large employee emails, planning and executing webcasts and web conferences, and similar projects. * Conduct external research and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement of content channels, tone and technology. * Work in partnership with the Senior Manager to execute a consistent content strategy applicable to the various audiences.
