Support the local implementation of global & national Red Bull Athlete integrated marketing programs supporting the Red Bull brand and Media House initiatives.
Provide critical support to the Athlete Marketing Manager(s) in the Brand on-boarding process for new Athletes. Examples (but not limited to) are: media training, photoshoots, updated biographies, athlete endorsement partner synergies etc.
Strategically position Red Bull Athletes across a full media spectrum including web, television, print, social media and radio. With a focus on driving timely and meaningful messages.
Implement campaigns that are social by design, with consumer engagement at the center.
Support the planning and maintenance of campaigns and marketing programs such as Red Bull Signature Series by creating consumer and brand connections via Red Bull athletes which link events and media products across similar disciplines.
Work closely with key members of the East BU Marketing team to ensure that the local marketing approach represents the Red Bull brand and spirit.
Implement and support the plans to reach key objectives, strategies and goals for each athlete (i.e., impressions, engagement, awareness, product usage etc.) and help to define the appropriate channels to be utilized for each campaign.
Support and maintain a comprehensive East BU athlete roster outlining key dates, milestones, projects..etc across all Sports properties.
Collaborate with key stakeholders within the East BU and HQ -- including brand, sales, event marketing, production, and digital programing departments -- to achieve activation goals.
Represent Red Bull s voice with the consumer. Oversee accurate and consistent representation of the Red Bull brand in all athlete Marketing & Communications activations.
Measure outcome using analytic tools and report results to key internal and external stakeholders.
Create scalable activation templates, which the field marketing teams can utilize for the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of local or endemic initiatives.
Act as a key liaison between Athlete Activation team and external Agency partners.
Review estimates for campaign services and effectively manage to budget
Be constantly aware of emerging trends, products and technologies to help activate/market Red Bull athletes.
Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to campaigns.
Develop new, interactive content experiences to enhance consumer experiences at Red Bull events.
Champion the integration of new digital products for Red Bull athletes to provide consumer experience across all relevant digital and offline channels.
Support the development of marketing campaigns, which delight our consumers and enhance Red Bull s reputation for creativity and inspiration.
Live and represent the Red Bull brand.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
(PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN)
Marketing experience: minimum 3 years experience in marketing high profile brands or agency account management.
Sports or athlete marketing background a plus
Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from HQ and the Activation Manager, Sports.
Capable of cultivating a strong team environment across regions and functions.
Experience delivering results against tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations.
Strong planning, prioritization and project management competencies.
Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, culture, trends, etc.
Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends.
