**Description:** This lead HRBP role will be located at the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Valley Forge site in King of Prussia, PA providing HR support to the Spectrum Convergence Market Segment within the C6ISR Line of Business. Spectrum Convergence is a new Market Segment with over 600 employees across >10 locations, with substantial growth opportunities.
The HRBP will provide HR strategy and execution and day-to-day support to the Spectrum Convergence Vice President and leadership team, and be responsible personnel support for the program office. This role will also provide day-to-day support for the Valley Forge Engineering & Technology workforce and be the HR Site Lead for RMS Valley Forge Workforce (~315). HR Site lead responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Employee engagement and events, talent recognition, local D&I engagement, facilities support, and external county/city engagement in support of LM business leadership as appropriate.
As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of the Market Segment business strategy and the RMS Culture of Accountability, this position will assist in shaping HR solutions to fit business needs.
The selected individual will be responsible for; succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development. Must be a self-starter with the ability to exercise strong influencing and decision-making skills as well as be a strong communicator who shares knowledge and best practices to drive organizational efficiency and integration. Must be able to effectively build relationships and interact with executive leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively partnering with RMS and C6ISR HR colleagues and leadership across multiple locations in support of the business and workforce. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading special projects as assigned.
Approximately 20-30% business travel will be required to support Spectrum Convergence program office personnel not located in Valley Forge.
Secret clearance is desired, with ability for a TS/SCI clearance.
