We want someone who is passionate about their craft, adamant about product quality and focused on our customers mission. We are looking for an experienced software systems engineer to be a technical leader as a Product Owner for the Grand Teton program. This program is about to go into a long term (3+ years) critical development phase and we are rapidly growing our leadership team as we continue to serve a critical mission area within Space Security.

You will have the opportunity to support an emerging and critical mission via unclassified and classified projects that are on the forefront of application development for Space. Along with developing new capabilities to meet program achievements, you will build software engineering artifacts that lead to new business wins. You will also get the chance to demo for the United States Government (USG) and cross-corporation events.

You will be crafting state-of-the-art concepts while delivering creative and affordable capabilities in a new and emerging area of protecting USG space assets. You will be working on a mission that you can be proud of, knowing that you are making a lasting difference in the world and in space. You will be working side by side with extraordinarily talented and experienced engineers, while having the opportunity to lead and mentor less experienced individuals on the team.

You have a Top Secret level clearance with an SSBI within the last 5 years.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Strong knowledge of enterprise software design principles (e.g. Java, C#)

Recent SW/Systems development experience in an agile project setting

**Desired Skills:**

Mission Management, Command and Control, Battle Field Management/Command and Control (BMC2) domain understanding

Previous/Experience as a Product Owner or other leadership role in a organization that utilizes SAFe (or similar) agile methods

Algorithm development, especially within planning and scheduling



Platform/Infrastructure Services

Distributed computing

HTML5 / node.js

Java 7 or 8 EE

OMS/UCI Interface standards

Space Operations / Space-Ground Systems
